Getting to Highpointe Surgery Center

We want your arrival to feel calm and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to park, enter the building, and find our lobby on the day of your procedure.

Where to Park

We recommend parking in the underground parking garage on the south side of the building.
You may park in:

  • Any unlabeled stall

  • Stalls labeled “The Plastics Clinic & Spa”

This parking area is closest to our entrance, provides weather protection, and offers the most accessible path to our lobby.

How to Enter the Building

After parking:

  1. Enter through the main doors inside the underground garage.

  2. Take the elevator up (or stairs) to the 1st floor.

  3. Once you exit the elevator, turn left.

  4. Our lobby will be directly ahead.

Patient Drop-Off

If someone is dropping you off:

  • Drop-off is easiest in the underground garage near the entrance doors.

  • Wheelchairs are available upon request.

  • Your escort should park and then join you at check-in if they are staying.

  • ADA-accessible stalls

  • Automatic front doors

  • Wheelchair assistance available on request

Arrival Reminder

Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled surgery time, unless you were given different instructions during your pre-op call.
